Tilapias del Sol, is a company dedicated to the production and industrialization of Tilapia. Located in Bagaces, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. In the farm we produce and fatten Tilapias to be processed in our plant. The owners of the company are mainly farmers.
Tilapias Del Sol History
The company was started as a response to the diversification of activities of a group of farmers that recognized a growing opportunity in the Tilapia market. The world market of the tilapia every day becomes stronger due to the introduction of other protein sources. At this time the company is in the process of breeding the fish, and designing and building a plant where these will be processed.
